Slow Flow Yoga
A deep, slow flowing practice allowing for mindfulness in poses and transitions. The slower pace invites you to fully explore your practice from the inside out. An excellent complement to more high intensity fitness, this class will allow the body and mind to focus on release, while preventing injury. Class concludes with a combination of relaxation, breath work and meditation. Suitable for all levels.

At Well Fed Yogi I believe it should not be hard to be healthy. My philosophy is that a healthy lifestyle is as unique as you are, and there is no cookie cutter approach. I can help you figure out what “wellness” means in your life.
