Women of all ages can have a strong and balanced core.

Multiple things make flat tummies and strong bodies more difficult as we age — pregnancies, life/role changes and hormones to name just a few. However, with knowledge and hard work, any woman can rebuild her core strength.

 

  • All the muscles involved in your core and how training them properly will set you up for success –TRAIN FROM THE INSIDE FIRST
  • Unique challenges that women face and what you can do to maximize your training
  • Multiple exercises and which are best for your body
  • Limit bladder leaks by training your abdominals the right way

Free diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) screenings.  DRA is a condition that affects some women after pregnancy.  There will be a discussion of when to seek more help for musculoskeletal conditions as well.  Targeted, nutrient-dense treat and recipe provided.
