“As a foodie and life enthusiast, I am not one to be bound by traditional “rules” of healthy living. I believe that there is no single definition for healthy, and wellness is a state of mind. I am traditionally trained as a Registered Dietitian, a registered yoga teacher, and a POUND Pro, and I use all of my training to bring a fun, positive, and energetic twist to wellness coaching!
I specialize in Mindful Eating, and work with my clients to find their best relationship with food and activity by helping them to learn to hear what their body is saying. I have been in the position of having too many demands and not enough hours in a day, and I understand how difficult it is for a person to put herself first, and because of this I have learned first-hand that there is no one answer for everyone. In order to be healthy on the outside, we need to be healthy on the inside!
I tend to be easily distracted by shiny objects, fuzzy puppies, any kind of food and bottles of wine. In my down time, I am usually under my pile of 3 Shiba Inu dogs watching superhero movies, texting with my technically adult daughter or enjoying time with my husband around the house.”
