6-Session Personal Development and Growth Series
Saturdays

12 noon – 60 to 75 minutes

September 16th and 30th; October 14th and 28th; November 11th and December 2nd

A six-session program aimed at personal development – to support a lifestyle of health!

During the first session, you will explore different areas of wellness (nutrition, fitness, mindset) and identify a desired area of focus.  We will work together to create a specific goal in your wellness journey and develop action steps to achieve success, identify and plan for barriers, and keep accountable throughout that process.

Each subsequent session will provide targeted information on topics designed to support your needs, such as goal setting, willpower, relationships, body image, stress, etc.  Every workshop will include time to check in on your progress and delve into specific questions. We will celebrate successes, overcome challenges and help each other in our journeys to achieve those goals.

  • practical tips to implement in everyday situations

Facilitated by:  Christina Taylor

Experienced women’s group therapist, Master’s Degree in Clinical & Community Psychology, full-time psychology professor at NCCC and passionate about wellness, motivation and helping others make positive changes.

Your investment:  $60 for members; $75 for non-members
