End your week on the mat focused on restoring and releasing achy joints and muscles. We will target low back, hips, hamstrings, shoulders and neck. Common places where we store tension or have chronic symptoms. Great for golfers! All are welcome — men, too! Join us after for a nourishing smoothie as part of your admission. Please bring a yoga mat and water. We will be outside to embrace the season, weather-permitting, with an indoor, masked option, if necessary. Pre-registration is required in Mind Body. Investment: $20 for yoga and smoothie.

Ayurvedic Fall Rejuvenation with Stephanie
Autumn is the time in Ayurveda for rejuvenation to ground, support and strengthen the body and mind, leading to increased energy, heightened immunity, improved memory, confidence and joy. The mini-retreat includes a LIVE STREAM, one-hour yoga class at 9 am, that incorporates soothing breathwork, a grounding asana practice, deep relaxation and short meditation. Class will be recorded, and you will receive unlimited access to replay anytime afterward. LIVE “Question and Answer Session” will follow. In addition, you will receive a pre-recorded video lesson, covering ayurvedic principles and practices to help support more balance in the fall season. Finally, enjoy a”toolbox” of recipes and handouts, and be entered into a drawing to win a basket of Banyan Botanicals self-care products (over $100 value). *SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training is a 45-minute strategic session limited to 6 individuals. Get one-on-one support in your fitness, work on specific goals and perfect your form – all for a group rate when it fits your schedule!
$20 each session for premium members. $25 for non-members. Pre-registration is required through Mind Body.
+ In-studio classes are limited to 9 participants.
+ Facial coverings are to be worn at all times.
+ Pre-registration is required for ALL classes by reserving a spot through Mind Body.
+ Kindly give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your class reservation. A late-cancel fee may be incurred without such notice.
+ Please bring your own mat and water.
+ Personal belongings may be left in the cubbies in the hallway.
+ One person in the restroom at a time.
+ Please wear clean shoes into the classroom environment.
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUTDOOR CLASSES
+ Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all outdoor classes through your Mind Body Embody account. Please cancel your registration if you are not able to attend class with as much notice as possible.
+ Bring your own mat and water.
+ If weather issues require class to be cancelled, it will still be Live Streamed to you at home – keep consistent in your routine! Any outdoor cancellations will be communicated to registrants through text message/email.
+ Classes will be held in the area behind the Red Brick parking lot in the grass to the back and right. Social distancing will be in practice.
