WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUTDOOR CLASSES

+ Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all outdoor classes through your Mind Body Embody account. Please cancel your registration if you are not able to attend class with as much notice as possible.
+ Bring your own mat and water.
+ If weather issues require class to be cancelled, it will still be Live Streamed to you at home – keep consistent in your routine! Any outdoor cancellations will be communicated to registrants through text message/email.
+ Classes will be held in the area behind the Red Brick parking lot in the grass to the back and right. Social distancing will be in practice.
