Core De Force is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that puts a little badass into fitness with a non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class.
A fun 45-minute class focusing on strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. Class will be a different blend of TRX, Pilates and yoga each week. A full-body workout with a strong emphasis on stabilizing the core.
Day off from work? Join us for a full-body combination class! Featuring the heart-pumping cardio of Pound, focused strength-building intervals from P90 and dynamic movement and core work of PiYo. A metabolic blast of pure energy and fun! Outdoor class, weather permitting.
Start your weekend relaxed and rejuvenated. A deep, slow flowing practice allowing for mindfulness in poses and transitions. The slower pace invites you to fully explore your practice from the inside out.
