End your week on the mat focused on restoring and releasing achy joints and muscles. We will target low back, hips, hamstrings, shoulders and neck. Common places where we store tension or have chronic symptoms. Great for golfers! All are welcome — men, too! Join us after for a nourishing smoothie as part of your admission. Please bring a yoga mat and water. We will be outside to embrace the season, weather-permitting, with an indoor, masked option, if necessary. Pre-registration is required in Mind Body.
