Our trainers are very passionate about guiding and empowering individuals through fitness, nutrition and overall self-care.  We utilize many different modalities to help clients reach their goals and design progressive programs to allow each person to feel successful, challenged and confident.  

Personal training or small group training is an efficient and effective way to set a solid foundation in your fitness journey or add a challenge to what you’re doing already. Personal training is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and current challenges.



Get a workout designed specifically for you, reduce the risk of injury, focus on proper form, overcome plateaus, and establish consistency and accountability. You’ll never have the same workout twice. Small group training is also an option! These sessions allow you and a few friends to motivate each other, use the buddy system to stay consistent, and tackle challenges together! Another benefit of small group personal training is less individual cost too!

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed.  Virtual sessions are also an option.


A discount is offered per person for small group training.  Prices will be dependent on the number of participants.



I was very hesitant to hire a personal trainer, but after a few workouts I knew I was ready to commit. Workouts with Ami are never boring. She always has new exciting exercises. After few months of training I could tell that I am in better shape than I have ever been. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and increased my endurance. Ami is excellent at providing a full body workout, and at explaining the benefits of each exercise. When I started personal training with Ami over two years ago, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.  My first workout was a HUGE challenge, and the next day, walking up stairs and sitting on the toilet was even more of a challenge.  Everything hurt.  But, I kept going every Monday, and now with her endless encouragement, and her sense of humor, and occasional swearing, I have only missed two Mondays in over two years. I am stronger than ever, and don’t view workouts quite the same.  Although they still hurt the same, lol.  Ami has created a beautiful studio full of love, encouragement, no judgement, and provides me with endless tools and knowledge.  It’s a place with likeminded people who quickly become friends.  Thank you, Ami! I came to Embody looking for renewed motivation to work out and with life in general: Mission Accomplished! In fact, Ami at Embody did me one better, she helped me develop a healthier attitude towards my body and my motivations to exercise. I never thought that these words would come out from my mouth, but … I look forward to working out now! Three days a week she challenges me with an ever-changing variety of TRX, lunges, sit ups, weights, you name it – and she keeps me smiling and laughing throughout it all.
