Our trainers are very passionate about guiding and empowering individuals through fitness, nutrition and overall self-care. We utilize many different modalities to help clients reach their goals and design progressive programs to allow each person to feel successful, challenged and confident.
Personal training or small group training is an efficient and effective way to set a solid foundation in your fitness journey or add a challenge to what you’re doing already. Personal training is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and current challenges.

Get a workout designed specifically for you, reduce the risk of injury, focus on proper form, overcome plateaus, and establish consistency and accountability. You’ll never have the same workout twice. Small group training is also an option! These sessions allow you and a few friends to motivate each other, use the buddy system to stay consistent, and tackle challenges together! Another benefit of small group personal training is less individual cost too!
One-on-one Session Investments
45 minutes: $35
30 minutes: $28
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed. Virtual sessions are also an option.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
A discount is offered per person for small group training. Prices will be dependent on the number of participants.
